TERMS & CONDITIONS

The payment of the required deposit or full payment for a reservation on an escorted or independent tour package constitutes consent to all provisions of the terms and general information contained in this site.

We will bill your credit card based on the daily exchange rate stated by the Central Bank of Turkey for the specific date of the transactions, which are including VAT tax in effect at present. We are not responsible for additional credit card fees or discrepancies assessed by your local bank.

BOOKING PROCEDURES DEPOSITS
Hotel Reservations
A 20% deposit is required upon booking and the full balance will be charged 25 days prior to arrival date. A "no show" 1 night charge penalty will apply.
Tour Reservations
A 30% deposit is required upon booking and the full balance will be charged 25 days prior to arrival date  of the services commencement.
Cruise Reservations
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The full balance is due 30 days prior to departure date.
Flight Tickets Reservations
Full payment at time of booking. Restrictions and penalties applied by each different carrier will be advised at time of reservation.
Group Reservations
Special Terms and Conditions will be issued at the time of booking based on different services to be rendered. However full balances are required 1 month prior to commencement of services.

REVISIONS
Revisions made to an existing booking are not subject to any fees unless otherwise stated in the deposit policy.

PAYMENT
3A Tourism accept Visa and MasterCard for payment for all programs. 1) You will be able to pay online by Paypal , no need to be registered member, takes 1 minute and 100% secured. 2) A credit card authorization form is required for all transactions and faxed back to our number + 90-212-638-4119. For security purposes we require a photocopy of your credit card, your signature, billing address and home telephone number. No second-party credit cards will be accepted. 3)Bank money transfers are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Hotel Reservation
If canceled less than 15 business days, 1 night charge will be applied.
Tour Reservations
Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to commencement of services are subject to a 50% penalty If canceled within 15 business days deposit will be non-refundable.
Cruise Reservations
Not refundable if canceled within 30 days of departure.
Flight Tickets Reservations
Restrictions and penalties applied by each different carrier will be advised at time of reservation.

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
Once a service has commenced, no refunds can be made for any specific tour accommodation, sightseeing and other services not taken.

AIR TRANSPORTATION
Please consult your travel agent or the airline for the applicable penalties and/or restrictions. If passengers purchase nonrefundable air tickets, 3A Tourism cannot be responsible in the event a tour is canceled.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR RATES
Land rates do not include international flights between the countries and domestic flights in the country, unless stated in the itinerary. Any expenses in the passport costs, visas, airport departure taxes, photography fees payable at admission sites, excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified on the itineraries, all personal expenses incurred at the hotels and the customary tips to drivers and guides, which are left to passengers discretion are not included.

RESPONSIBILITY
3A Tourism is responsible in making all the arrangements for everything specified in the services and itineraries. All of the carriers, hotels and other services provided in which we bring together in our tours work as independent contractors and are not agents or employees of the company. Nevertheless, all of the service provided bears 3A's guarantee and responsibility for quality service, which we provide all of our customers with. All travel documents issued by 3A Tourism, in written paraphernalia or to the customer, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the laws of Turkey. In case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond the control of the company, than 3A Tourism is responsible in providing equally comfortable and interesting alternatives. Any resulting difference resulting from customer's choice of the alternatives, shall be payable by the customer during their stay. Luggage is carried at the owner's risk and luggage insurance is recommended.

INSURANCE
Health, accident, luggage and trip-interruption insurance is strongly recommend.

ANZAC DAY TOUR POLICY                                                                                                                                 If you decide to cancel your trip you can get % 75 of the payment made to 3A Travel, if you notify us, 45 (forty five) days prior to departure. Any cancellations made on a shorter basis than 45 days prior to departure will make %100 of the total payment non-refundable. Tour itineraries are subject to change without notification.
